Weles Inc is a hardwood flooring company in Boston, Massachusetts. We install, refinish, sand, and repair wood floors across MA, NH, and ME from our Chestnut Hill showroom.

Weles was born out of a shared vision. Three Ukrainian friends (Sasha Serdiuk, Alex Lapa, and Vlad Hrynchuk) turned their life-long passion into a thriving business in Massachusetts.
The company was founded in December 2017 and has finished more than 3,000 floors across New England since, working out of a showroom in Chestnut Hill with seven crews and three project managers.
The name Weles comes from Slavic mythology, symbolizing earth, waters, and prosperity. That's what drives us to do what we do. But Weles is more than flooring. We believe in community, toughness, and doing the right thing, no matter how hard.
